2023 Public Rates

All rates inclusive of a 3-course dinner and cooked breakfast

Child = 3-14 years old inclusive

0-2 years old in a porta-cot = $40 per night

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates are valid for stays from 23 June 2023 until the Ajax Ski Club chooses to close at the end of the 2023 season. Opening and closing dates for the lodge remain at the discretion of the Ajax Ski Club. Adult and child rates in share rooms are per person. Room rates are per room.

PAYMENTS

Weekends - 100% payable immediately when booking is made.

Mid-week – 50% payable upon booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Reservations will be cancelled and deposits forfeited if monies are not received by the due date.

CANCELLATIONS

Written cancelations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tariff.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival are not accepted and no refunds will be given unless Ski Guarantee related. Ski Guarantee related cancellations will incur a handling fee of $100.00 per booking.

COVID-19 TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the event that you are unable to travel as a result of one of the following COVID-19 related events a full refund will be made:

  • Imposition of Federal or State government restrictions impacting the ability to travel to Mt Buller including the closure of State borders;

  • Imposition of Federal or State government restrictions resulting in the closure of the AJAX Ski Club.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend insurance against the loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.

That includes a money-back guarantee (excluding booking fees) on all pre-paid accommodation (at participating properties), lift

ticket and lesson packages in the event that insufficient snow cover prevents our Snow Guarantee,

lifts from operating within two days of your scheduled arrival. Note that the guarantee does not apply for lift closures due to

weather conditions other than insufficient snow, or if lifts are closed due to mechanical failures.
